what is love actually? from the word itself LOVE means an intense feeling of deep affection. Why the first thing of our journey of self love is love itself? yes, from the words of self love means a true feelings towards ourself, our body, our mind. Sometimes people think that self love is selfish but it’s not. Love itself must be admited by ourself and not the others. You don’t have to dressed the way you love, put on a make up, or even do something to impressed the others because self love doesn’t even care about others opinion. So the conclusion of all this is before we get into the step of self love we have to know what is it and how does it works. Maybe this journey of self love is not gonna work for a day or month or year. Just enjoy the journey of it and all of them come from you , you , you not the others.
